rebate cards from ethical banks

I'm compiling a list of rebate cards offered by US banks that do not
make political contributions or hire lobbyists, and have not needed a
bailout. This is the list so far:

* PenFed Platinum Cash Rewards

It's a sad list so far, so I'm gray-listing banks that make no
contributions to political parties:

* Iberia visa gold (1% cash back) - paid lobbyists

Any small off-the-beaten-path banks out there with a rewards card
(preferably not affiliated with "Independent Community Bankers of
America" or "American Bankers Association")?
