Lemon juice, olive oil, crushed garlic, finely chopped jalapeno salt or soy
sauce.

Cut lemur into strips and soak overnight.

Pan- (Wok-)fry lemur at high temp.
Add finely sliced veggies and let fry ~ 1min.
Add remaining marinade + coconut milk ( + peanut butter ).

Serve with rice. Yummy.
