Interesting Set of Update Dialog Boxes from Q after update to 40.21

So when I did my usual daily thing on Q this AM, I was invited to
download the latest version (QD for W) 40.21. After the installation, I
got a couple of different dialog boxes telling me I wasn't on the latest
version. Additionally, they said if I didn't upgrade by 2/21/22 (!), I
would no longer be able to d/l various FI transactions.

After dismissing the two dialog panels, I then double checked with the
HELP-->CURRENT VERSION panel which indeed said I was on the current version.

This post is merely an observation of interesting behavior.
