MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES - Please complete in as much detail as possible *
- Product Evangelist & Adoptions Management: evangelise technology in line with CS strategy & roadmap; manage internal customers/projects portfolio including regular follow-up with projects.
- Architecture: Assist projects with Data Integration and Data Management Architecture reviews, ensuring sound deployment, H/A and DR strategy in line with corporate standards.
- Communication: ensure regular and smooth communication with Projects & Service Providers; participate and help maintain CS Data Integration Shared Service portal; help improve existing communication framework.
- Consultancy: Provide SWAT-type consultancy with projects when needed (e.g. 1-day PoC).
- Product SME: Have and maintain deep understanding of Informatica PowerCenter (from both Designer and Administration sides) and a good overall knowledge (and preferably experience) of the complete Informatica Product Stack to guide existing & prospective projects; run or organise technology briefs and events in NY; keep up to date with products and vendors in the Data Integration market.
- Vendor Relationship: assist shared service manager with vendor relationship.
- Cost Transparency Model: Establish framework for metrics & reports for cost transparency.
- Training: Organise Internal and/or External training sessions; ensure minimum training level for all projects using shared infrastructure.
- Shared Platform Management: Manage/Grow/Promote shared platform for new and existing projects; migrate existing projects to shared platform helping retire kit/save costs/repatriate licenses; establish framework for shared platform capacity management.
- Data Management: Help projects with metadata management, data quality and data profiling needs.
- Support: provide 3rd line support when needed; manage project ?proxies? to Informatica Support; assist support with onboarding of existing & new projects, and ensure SLAs are maintained with projects and Informatica Vendor Support.
