Anomalies are the spirit of discernment. It is bloody obvious that scientsist know nothing about creation. This has two reaons:
1. They are not looking and...
2. God is witholding holy spirit from them.

Anyone can receive holy spirit, even a foul mouthed bully like me. Maybe it doesn't matter what language you use?
I can't say; what i am sure of though is that those that don't have have less and those that have have more because god gives freely to all that ask.
