What are you distilling??

Hi all,
I thought since there has not been a ton of traffic I thought I would
see what I can "stir up".
So how about it, what's your poison? Whiskey, Bourbon,Ale,Vodka,White
Me, I am more of a whiskey/Bourbon, it's sooo hard to let it sit
there and age on the shelf.
For those of you making Whiskey/Bourbons, Where is a good place to
find barrels? I am currently using the chard oak chunks in glass jugs.
Any other ideas/advice?
