Dizziness after day 3.

I've always been prone to dizziness that hits usually about day 3 or 4 when I water fast. I'm drinking a lot of water. Way more than 2 liters a day. This time I'm on the 3rd week and am battling an infection which may be making things worse, hard to say. The condition is improving a lot with much of the swelling gone. But I can barely stand up (slowly) without almost fainting. It borders on nausea. If I could solve this little issue I would be so happy. I'm extremely weak (stairs are a challenge) but that is probably due to the infection my body is still fighting.

Tip to you fasters: Hold the water in your mouth for a few minutes, spit it out, then take your water. Less work for your body to process. And brush your tongue often. Not sure what is the best way, a toothbrush or a tongue scraper. Of course don't use toothpaste...duh.
